  • * small items only! no bulky misc/merch/heavy albums
  • ** strictly collect your items before the concert, extra $5 fee will incur if collection is after concert
  • late arrival fee - $2 late fee if late without prior notice
  • cancellation fee - $2 cancellation fee for last minute cancellation or MIA 2 hours before meetup/self collect time
  • slots will close by 11pm the day before each meetup/self collect slot
